On the other hand, you could also pass that idle time with The Sunshine Family: The first ep of the new star in the iD. sky sounds like one huge cool cocktail that you enjoy on the hottest day of the year while laying on a comfy couch with skilled hands giving your neck an extraordinarily soft massage. And similar to a well-mixed drink, The Sunshine Family pour only the finest ingredients into the glass. Be it soft loungebeats, psychedelic vocals, fascinating ambient-spaces or complex jazzy sounds - the individual parts always merge and add up to become one warm, harmonic and tasteful whole. Speaking of taste, it goes without saying that all this gets stirred, not shaken. After all, this ep is way more scrumptious and sweeter than any martini of your choice. So, here's to sunshine! Die erste EP des neuen Sterns am iD. Himmel klingt wie ein grosser kühler Cocktail, den man am heissesten Tag des Jahres - bequem auf eine gepolsterte Liege gebettet - zu sich nimmt, während geschulte Hände dem Nacken eine sanfte Massage der Extraklasse angedeihen lassen. Und ähnlich wie bei einem guten Mixgetränk giessen The Sunshine Family nur die feinsten Zutaten ins Glas. Seien es nun weiche Loungebeats, psychedelische Gesangseinlagen, faszinierende Ambienträume oder komplexe Jazzklänge - immer verbinden sich die Einzelteile zu einem warmen, harmonischen und geschmackvollen Ganzen. Und da wir grad vom Geschmack reden, versteht es sich von selbst, dass hier nur gerührt und nicht geschüttelt wird. Immerhin ist diese EP deutlich leckerer und süsser als irgendein Martini Deiner Wahl. Also, auf den Sonnenschein! Cheers!
